Phillip M. Taylor

Phillip M. Taylor graduated from East Duplin High School in 1991 and subsequently enrolled in the Land Surveying program at Coastal Carolina Community College. In 1993 he received his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Land Surveying. Phillip spent the majority of the next four years as an employee at Brent H. Whitfield and Associates in Wallace, in which time he received his surveying intern license and became a licensed land surveyor in the state of North Carolina in 1997. Over the next four years Phillip was self employed as a land surveyor until going to work with Piedmont Natural Gas Company in May of 2001. Phillip worked with Piedmont Natural Gas Company for six years, in which time he received a Batchelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mount Olive College. Phillip has been a full time employee at Johnny J. Williams Land Surveying since September of 2007.

Phillip is a lifelong resident of Duplin County. In 1993 he married Kristie Taylor, a teacher in the Duplin County School system. Phillip is a member of the Coastal Chapter of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors and graduated from the North Carolina Society of Surveyors Institute in 2002. Phillip and his wife are members of the Sarecta United Methodist Church.
